Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller regarding themselves to:

• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK,
• Object to a result against the person arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in case personal data is processed in violation of the law
